Finance Manager, Literary Agency, West London

This is a brand new position to join a leading Children’s literary agency, based in their busy West London office.　

With exciting expansion plans to increase turnover substantially, the client is looking to recruit a qualified accountant to work with them to continue their growth. They are seeking someone to take responsibility for all in-house financial control, including management accounts reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, forecasting, payroll, suppliers and customers.　 We are looking for someone with experience within the publishing industry who has also had experience of working with talent such as authors, artists etc. If you have experience of working with Bradbury Phillips or alternative this would also be an advantage.

Experience/skills:

-Previous experience within a publishing company essential.

-Experience within Royalties / Rights

-Experience in Bradbury Phillips is advantageous.

-ACCA qualified or equivalent.

This role would be suited to someone who is used to reporting to the board, enjoys new challenges and is keen to help the Managing Director move the business forward.
