Online Products Assistant

We have an excellent opportunity for an Online Products Assistant to join a prestigious academic publisher based in central London. You will play a pivotal role in supporting new online product development.

 

Key duties:

  • Ensure all online journal product spaces are well-structured and maintained
  • Support development of journals satisfaction survey using feedback and trends
  • Capture and report on-cross departmental platform feedback
  • Create and maintain dashboard for analytics, providing reports for site enhancements
  • Create specifications for assigned development projects
  • Facilitate user research and testing sessions, researching potential partners
  • Testing products enhancements, consolidating issue trackers

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous experience of working with online products within publishing is required
  • Analytics experience is necessary, with the ability to interpret data and define parameters
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, with a proactive and creative attitude
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
