Producer - Penguin Children’s Production

An opportunity has arisen to join the Penguin Children’s Production team to work across a diverse range of colour and novelty products predominantly on the Ladybird list.

You are a great communicator - adept at building and maintaining relationships with Sales and Creative colleagues alike.  Working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for delivering frontlist titles (both physical and digital product) as well as some co-editions and special sales.  You will be self motivated, have good technical knowledge and expertise, high commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate passion for your titles.  Experience of working on colour product is essential and children’s novelty experience would be beneficial.

•           Colour book production experience – essential
•           Print negotiation – some experience required
