Product Marketing Manager
A prestigious academic publisher in central London has an opening for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team. You will develop strategic marketing plans to support the sale of a range of print and digital products, primarily aimed at the academic library market. Key duties:
- Work with stakeholders to develop the marketing strategy and help build the brand for digital products
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and revise them regularly to ensure high ROI
- Create support materials for use by sales colleagues as well as librarians and faculty staff
- Create and deliver presentations
- Manage a budget and ensure spending is effective
- Work with colleagues in sales and editorial to develop a deep understanding of the library market
- Attend conferences, events and campus visits
Experience / skills required:
- Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans and implementing marketing activities to drive sales
- Experience managing a budget and tracking ROI
- Experience marketing to academics or working on digital products would be a plus
