Production Coordinator – Live Events

A unique opportunity has come up with an independent, live commercial events production company, who have asked us to help find a Production Coordinator to arrange their live touring events.

As Production Coordinator you’ll coordinate all aspects of the live shows; you’ll arrange travel plans, keep budgets and marketing schedules up to date and liaise with venues to ensure smooth running of the productions. You may also have the opportunity to coordinate online events in the future.

As a key contact to clients, suppliers, venue staff and other stakeholders you’ll be a natural communicator and a meticulous organiser, able to manage a busy and varied workload.

We’re looking for someone with a minimum 2 years’ experience of organising commercial events who would relish the opportunity to join a successful, dynamic and growing team.

A competitive salary is offered with the role. You’ll be based mainly from the company’s London offices when they re-open, and some travel in the UK is also a possibility.
