Production Editorial Publishing Manager

This role requires potential candidates to have good team management skills and the ability to lead and mentor a team to supply excellent service and quality to authors and editors. This position will report into the Head of Production Management and involve regular liaison with senior internal stakeholders and heads of departments. Allocation of titles and resourcing across the team to achieve optimum quality of service. Managing performance, monitoring and motivating team members.

• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Working experience in an Academic publishing
• Experience of line management
• Journals experience advantageous
