Content Lead (x3)

We have a number of opportunities for Content Leads to join a prestigious educational publisher based in Cambridge. The successful candidates will join a dynamic department and will be supporting the development of educational projects. There are three open posts at the moment, two permanent roles and one contract.

 

Key duties:

  • Identify and validate content structures within products to ensure high quality and best costumer experience
  • Manage the review process effectively and resolve content queries
  • Cooperate with in-house and external editors to execute development plans for assigned projects
  • Review author writing samples and maintain good author management and relationship building

Experience / skills required:

  • Solid experience in an editorial role within educational/academic publishing
  • Experience in effective author management
  • Knowledge of content structure and best-practice methodology
  • Experience working in multicomponent projects with different stakeholders
  • Strong communication and diplomatic skills
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional attitude under strict deadlines
