Propositions Director, Schools

A leading global educational publisher is seeking a "Propositions Director, Schools" to help redefine their learning and assessment propositions for English. our client offers an excellent salary and benefits package, as well as flexible, hybrid working.

As Propositions Director for Schools focused on English you will play a vital role in the development and delivery of the overarching global schools Propositions portfolio vision and strategy, where you will leverage your deep understanding of school customers, markets and sectors of English Language Teaching (ELT) to evolve the company's learning and assessment propositions for schools around the world, creating competitive advantage and commercial value. Key responsibilities include:

• Strategic direction and business planning of the Schools sector for the English product propositions
• The design and delivery of sector level propositions and products that meet different customer and market needs
• Cross-sector and cross-business collaboration, to contribute to the development and delivery of the English product portfolio vision and strategy
• Inspiring leadership focused on the successful delivery of the English portfolio strategy for Schools
• Effective change leadership and management

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate considerable experience in a senior Product Management position in a complex global business setting within the Schools Education sector, as well as ideally a broad understanding of the global ELT, qualifications or assessment landscape. As Propositions Director, Schools for English you will have diverse experience in related fields, for instance: Product Marketing, Content, Management, Operations, etc. You will be a strategic thinker, with proven commercial skills and a customer-first approach. Top notch leadership and change management skills to inspire and empower a team are imperative.
