Quality Manager, Higher Education

Our client, a leading FTSE 100 Educational resources provider based in Central London is looking for a Quality Manager to support the implementation and delivery of effective quality management systems within their qualification arm.

You will be supporting the running and maintenance of the committees which are crucial to developing high quality academic content. You will be responsible for the preparation and provision of validation documents and guidance with regards to the development of the content and the panels reviewing it.

This is a business critical role to ensure that the courses that are being developed and produced by this publisher are of the highest quality.

The successful candidate will be flexible, adaptable and capable of supporting a range of other activities related to QA and quality enhancement. They will have a high level of demonstrable administration experience, be exceptionally organised and a good communicator. A knowledge of the Higher Education market is desirable but not essential.
