Recruitment Consultant, Inspired Selection, London

In this role you can expect to be working with a range of publishing companies and publishing teams within other organisations to understand their people and recruitment needs and source the best talent for their businesses.  Our client base includes the leading Trade houses, independent outfits as well as academic, professional, scientific and education publishers. You will be building strong relationships with your designated client sector and creating a profile for yourself within it. Through resourcing, interviewing and briefing candidates on the roles from the publishers, you’ll be shortlisting the very top talent to introduce to publishers.  Relationship management with the candidates is absolutely key – getting a new role is a major event for people and you will need to make this as smooth a journey as possible.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building relationships with publishers and publishing people

• Understanding the job brief from the publisher

• Writing adverts

• Candidate resourcing

• Candidate interviews

• Business Development through meetings, calls, event attendance etc.

   

  This role will suit someone who enjoys meeting new people and understanding their needs and motivations. You will be highly organised and a fantastic communicator. Having drive and ambition will be crucial as well being able to work to tight deadlines.
