Regional Marketing Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a Regional Marketing Manager to join a leading academic publisher in Central London.  You will be responsible for the effective marketing of existing and forthcoming digital products to the library market within EMEA.

 

Key duties:

  • Responsible for sales marketing initiatives and support of Regional Sales Managers’ territories
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of customers’ needs through visits and research
  • Implement marketing communications campaigns for library customers for each major product
  • Work closely with Library Sales, Circulation and Marketing Services teams
  • Understand and interpret data from CRM systems and internal customer insight tools to identify opportunities to increase sales and improve campaign performance

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Established marketing, communication or sales experience within academic publishing
  • Experience of implementing campaigns across all of the promotional mix, particularly digital direct marketing
  • A professional qualification in marketing or equivalent is desirable
  • A proactive and sales driven approach
  • Fluency in English is essential and an aptitude in Spanish would be advantageous
