Relationship Manager

Our client is a highly respected professional membership body for the accounting sector based in Central London, they are looking to hire a Relationship Manager to support the ongoing development and delivery of their relationship management programme, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

This is an integral role in the organisation, ensuring the organisation develops strong, meaningful relationships and contacts with major stakeholders both in the UK and Internationally. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a team of two direct reports to deliver a successful programme, and to ensure they hit their goals and objectives. Working closely with the wider communications team and brand department this role will share insight and knowledge in order to deliver the overall strategy for the business.

The successful candidate will have strong values when it comes to stakeholder management, with exceptional commercial acumen and business analytical skills. Strong influencing skills are a must, as well as engaging and delivering value for stakeholders at a senior level. Proven experience in managing stakeholders is essential, as well as the ability to manage stakeholders in a matrix environment. A knowledge of the accounting sector would be an advantage but is not essential.
