Our client, a well-respected scientific & medical press based in central London, produces a number of internationally respected publications in print and digital formats. They are looking for an articulate and ambitious Reporter with tenacity and high attention to detail to write and produce high quality, technically accurate material relating to pharmacy.
Based in their central London office, the ideal candidate will be an experienced journalist with a background in life science. You will source, develop and write relevant news articles reporting on the activities of the society and its members. You will also represent the publications at different meetings and conferences and write about other related pharmaceutical or scientific developments for other journal sections as required.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual as well as good time management and prioritisation skills are essential to succeed in this fast paced environment. You will have strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to tailor engaging content to specific audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacy or life science graduate with strong writing and editing skills and experience in science, medical or healthcare publishing to join a fast paced team writing relevant news for an important industry.
