Are you the next Retail and Visitor Experience Manager at the Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre? If you have a passion for retail and amazing customer service in a visitor attraction, museum or charity environment, you could be the person we are looking for.

The Roald Dahl Museum and Story Centre will be ten years old in 2015 and has already established an astonishing reputation as a destination of choice for tens of thousands of schools, families and lovers of Roald Dahl's work from all over the world. We are already gearing up for ‘Roald Dahl 100’, the centenary of his birth in 2016.

You will be a key player in building on success for the future evolution of the Museum. You will be responsible for pushing our high visitor experience standards even further in our charming, but challenging spaces, whilst bringing in the income we need to deliver our work as a charity. You will work with a lively team of colleagues in an environment of learning, literature and cultural entrepreneurship.
