Rights Administrator

 

We have a great opportunity for a Rights Administrator to join a leading Educational publisher based in central London for 4 days a week. You will play an integral role providing support for an international rights team.

 

Key duties:

  • Report to the Rights Manager and provide support for all rights activity
  • Liaise with UK and international rights purchasers, review material and resolve queries
  • Manage the contract processing system and incoming correspondence
  • Assist with book fair and trip preparation, arrange departmental meetings
  • Opportunity to take on some licensing activity

Experience / skills required:

  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills
  • Able to prioritise effectively with good problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with databases and spreadsheets
  • Pro-active and commercially aware
