Rights & Contracts Coordinator

Do you have some work experience in Rights or Contracts? We have an exciting opportunity for a Rights and Contracts Coordinator to join a leading author brand in their friendly office in Hertfordshire. You will oversee the process of drafting and coordinating contracts, with great attention to detail.

Key duties:

  • Draft new contracts, with great attention to detail, when required
  • Process and update new and pending contracts and offers on the system
  • Provide data figures and sales reports
  • Process emails and field relevant information to appropriate parties
  • Budget management when required
  • Attend weekly meetings
  • Assist company accountant with renewal forecasts and double taxation forms

Experience / skills required:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Experience within an office environment
  • Proven experience of drafting or checking contracts would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Numerate and with the ability to multi-task
