Sales Executive - Digital Media

A creative B2B/B2C sales professional with a flair for publication development is required by an independent medical publisher in Oxfordshire to take their established brands to the next level and grow with the company. This exciting role will be ideal for a proactive and self-motivated executive with digital sales experience and, ideally, knowledge of the healthcare or pharma industries.

 

Key duties:

  • Optimise banner sales and generate new revenue models on an established health information website
  • Secure sponsorship for a unique online health guide
  • Sell content to pharma companies, establishing and developing new territories
  • Develop existing and new relationships that enhance business development goals
  • Create solutions to promote health and satisfy patients and clients

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous experience in digital sales is required
  • A background in consumer healthcare advertising, pharma or the public sector will be a distinct advantage
  • Proven ability to generate new contacts and revenue streams
  • A free thinker with ideas to offer as well as being disciplined and resourceful
  • A consultative approach with commitment to client satisfaction
  • Knowledge of selling into the US advantageous
  • Experience selling to agencies/media buyers useful
  • Excellent communicator
  • Knowledge of using a CRM system
