Based in London, this role is a fantastic sales position, which involves diverse sales responsibilities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Research and convert new sales leads to meet targets
- Increase retention through developing key relationships
- Identify key prospects/opportunities, set priorities and provide half termly briefings
- Regularly updating the team on results and potential improvements
- Reporting to schools on a weekly basis
- Increase conversion rates by monitoring schools during product trials
- Work closely with CRM Manager, Outbound Calling team as well as external teams
- Initiate and attend cluster events; managing attendees
- Attend education events, when necessary
- Create event follow up strategies to maximize sales and trials
The ideal person will have:
- Proven track record of sales experience
- Highly focused on delivery targets
- Excellent communication skills; face to face and over the phone
- Ability to provide a consultative sales approach
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- Sensitivity to the education sector
- Openness to attending events; occasional weekend and evening work
