Sales Manager roles (Audio)

The world’s No.1 audiobook publisher and a leader in digital media is now recruiting for several roles in their growing UK division. They are ideally looking for a Sales Executive and a Sales Manager.

These roles are based in their Berkshire offices. Home-working would be considered for the Sales Manager as the role involves regular travel across the UK.

The company are at an exciting period in their development and this would be an ideal opportunity to join and make a substantive contribution to their ongoing success and work on a list that includes blockbusting authors.

Key duties:

• Forge strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Provide ongoing account management and sales support
• Drive new sales, as well as ensuring the growth of existing accounts
• Sell digital platforms and product to Institutional, Library, and Trade accounts
• Develop strong relationships with the top literary agents and publishers
• Represent the Company at major international book fairs

Experience / skills required:

• Proven success in selling book product to varied markets is required
• You will ideally have experience selling to Libraries and institutions in a competitive market
• Proven success in finding and closing new opportunities, building relationships, and growing existing accounts
• Strong closing and consultative selling skills are essential for this role
• You must be a goal orientated self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A love of books, audiobooks, technology and publishing is a must
