Sales Support Executive

We have a new opportunity for a Sales Support Executive to join an educational software and assessment company in London. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new sales opportunities. This role would be a good stepping stone for someone with sales support and administration experience who would like to build a career in consultative sales.   

 

Key duties:

  • Qualify leads for the sales team via phone and email
  • Use online resources and social media to identify new contacts
  • Work closely with marketing colleagues to implement campaigns and strategies
  • Update the company CRM and marketing automation systems with new information
  • Provide reports to sales and marketing colleagues 

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience of sales administration and support
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy workload
  • Target driven and self-motivated
  • An interest in the educational sector would be a bonus
