Senior Client Relationship Manager

Our client is a hugely successful Global Audiobook Publisher, they are looking to hire a Senior Client Relationship Manager responsible for managing and attracting clients across the university, schools and public library sector based in Australia. We are ideally looking for a candidate who is located in and around Melbourne, but would consider candidates located in other publishing hubs in Australia such as Sydney.

You will represent the company as a senior solutions driven client relationship manager, forging strong and positive lasting client relationships and driving profitable growth. Directly managing accounts within the territory, as well as some of the business's largest key clients, you will make regular sales visits and will be the first point of contact for customers. Reporting to the Commercial Director and liaising with internal colleagues, you will develop a sales strategy for each account as well as demonstrate strong leadership to junior members of the team.

We are looking for demonstrable experience in sales with field based experience, and an understanding of how to sell complex digital / audio products. The successful candidate will have proven success in a commercial, client facing role with a strong track record in achieving outstanding results. In addition, you will be an inspirational leader, able to motivate and set high standards when it comes to managing client relationships.
