Senior Content Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Content Manager to join a leading international provider of English language courses based in Central London. Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Digital English Products, you will be responsible for an exciting portfolio of new and existing online and mobile products.

Key duties:

• Work closely with colleagues to set up product strategy and create business cases to meet objectives
• Establish deadlines and oversee schedules to ensure products are delivered on time and to budget
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth running of projects
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and information for the development of products
• Facilitate competitor analyses, needs analyses and user testing
• Contribute to the planning of future projects as appropriate
• Commission and manage freelance editors

Experience / skills required:

• Proven project management experience in both ELT and pedagogical print and digital publishing
• Strong experience of working on multi-component and multi-level projects
• Commercial experience in an information management or ELT environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task effectively and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong relationship management abilities
