Senior Content Manager

Senior Content Manager  | Oxford. A prestigious educational publisher of books and digital resources for the education market, based in central Oxford, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Content Manager who can manage, optimize and shape content in order to deliver an ambitious print and digital publishing and licensing programme.

Requiring strong computational, project and people management skills, this role will carry responsibility for all aspects of data analysis in creating and implementing a digital content strategy.

You are likely to have:

  • degree or equivalent in relevant subject area with a background in computer science

  • strong programme and coding skills

  • experience in working with language databases (e.g. DTD, RDF, semantic web), including corpora and dictionary data structures; familiarity of corpus linguistics is desirable but not essential

  • M

    anagement and/or project development skills with proven ability to deliver projects on time and to budget

     

  • You will also have highly creative skills, fantastic attention to detail and a solid track record in delivering high quality digital content.

    An understanding of lexical principles is desirable but not essential.
