Senior Digital Project Manager, London

We are looking for a talented Senior Digital Project Manager to be based in Central London at a leading independent publisher.

This is a fantastic opportunity, taking on responsibility for some high profile projects within the organisation. This will involve management of project managers, end-to-end delivery of new digital projects, delivery of product enhancements and ensuring that everything is running on time and to budget.

The role is split into five broad areas: Project Management, Financial Responsibility, Communication, Technical and Strategic responsibilities. You will be using Agile and Prince 2 methodologies to develop full scale plans, maintaining risk logs, issues logs and ensuring that project management support is aligned appropriately. You will be creating requirement specifications and basic wireframes while ensuring that product development fits within the company’s digital development strategy.

This role will suit someone with experience of Academic Publishing, XML and project management. You will have excellent communication and problem solving skills and have a genuine interest in and passion for digital innovation.
