Senior Editor

Our client, a leading professional institution based in Oxford is seeking a creative Senior Editor to project manage a range of innovative and market appropriate resources for global schools markets from editorial handover to publication.

Key responsibilities include:

-Managing multi-component print and digital projects

-Producing high quality editorial resources on time and in budget

-Responsibility for seeing projects through the editorial phase

• Support in-house and freelance publishers  in the team, in an editorial capacity
• Support workflow and process improvement
• Organising networking and market research
• Building engaging and collaborative relationships across stakeholder groups

The ideal candidate will be from an editorial environment and will be passionate about learning. You will have demonstrable experience in project management in an editorial role, having worked in both print and digital. You will also be able to build and manage strong relationships, have strong leadership and sourcing skills as well as a keen networker.
