Senior Exhibitions Manager (maternity cover)

We have a great opportunity to work as a Senior Manager in the Exhibitions and Marketing department of leading international academic publishing company. This is a maternity cover position with line management responsibility and is based in their Oxfordshire offices.

Key duties:

• Set and deliver objectives and budgets for exhibitions and marketing services activity
• Manage the annual schedule of global exhibitions
• Promote the company’s image and reputation through presence at global exhibitions
• Update, maintain and develop the Global Exhibitions Database
• Liaise across the local and regional network of exhibitions offices and marketing teams
• Lead, performance manage, mentor, and coach managers and staff

Experience / skills required:

• A proven track record of delivering high quality exhibitions is essential for this role
• You will ideally have prior experience of exhibitions and marketing within Publishing
• Experience delivering solutions and problem solving is essential
• Prior line management experience is required in this role
• You must be customer focused with exceptional communication skills
• This role will suit a creative thinker who seeks opportunities to deliver improvements
