Senior International Marketing Executive

Your Challenge:

We’re looking for a dynamic, creative and ambitious marketer to pioneer and implement innovative marketing campaigns in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working with the Head of Marketing and Area Sales Managers to be creative in planning and implementing marketing campaigns in Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America for key titles across the Penguin Random House list

- Creating adverts, order forms, presenters and other trade marketing material

- Overseeing the creation of all international catalogues for Penguin Random House

- Creating monthly e-newsletters for customers in Asia and Europe, and tracking the sales uplift

- Working with the International Marketing Co-ordinator to oversee e-news blasts

- Updating the homepage of the International Trade Portal (our trade website for customersin Europe and Asia) and working with the Head of    Marketing to test new developments and web updates

- Meeting key customers, particularly at London and Frankfurt bookfairs and establishing excellent relationships with retailers and wholesalers

- Monitoring the budget

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

•             At least 3-4yrs+ marketing experience

•             Experience working in the publishing industry

•             A positive, creative and ‘can-do’ attitude

•             The ability to spot an opportunity and use initiative

•             Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•             Excellent time management and organisational skills is a must!
