Senior Marketing Manager

A leading Academic and STM publisher is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to deliver marketing campaigns for a range of high profile journals. This role is based in their Oxford office.

 

Key duties:

  • Deliver marketing campaigns and support the digital strategy for a portfolio of journals
  • Set budgets and ensure campaigns are implemented to schedule
  • Act as the key marketing contact for external clients and internal colleagues
  • Compile annual reports and updates and attend editorial board meetings
  • Manage a team of four direct reports

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Previous marketing experience is essential for this role
  • Experience of marketing in the publishing industry is essential
  • Experience of dealing with high profile society clients is preferred
  • You will have proven ability to analyse and interpret management information
  • This role will include some travel both with the UK and overseas
