Senior Marketing Manager (Digital Products)
This is an exciting opening for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a leading independent academic publisher and be responsible for developing marketing strategies for a new portfolio of digital library products.
Key duties:
- Assist with strategic planning and budgeting for a new portfolio of digital products for the academic library market
- Manage and direct team to ensure targets are achieved through effective multi-channel marketing
- Create and implement marketing strategies and build product brands
- Budget and forecast sales of allocated products and expenses
- Work with other departments to ensure products are positioned according to market requirements
- Attend conferences and events and deliver presentations as required
Experience / skills required:
- Established marketing experience in publishing, ideally for the academic market
- Experience of managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Proven project and marketing product management experience
- Experience of marketing online products to the libraries market is highly desirable
- Strong leadership abilities and a proactive approach
