Refine and extend the value proposition and messaging to enhance and expand the business. Establish and implement best practices across all marketing and branding. Lead the development of customer-centric marketing plans to increase market share. Develop high quality content and messaging both for specific campaigns for the portfolio. Collaborate with diverse colleagues (marketing, sales, product) to help you identify what’s needed, what works and what doesn’t. Skills

• Enthusiastic, organised and creative

• Familiarity with the library market is advantageous

• Experience of managing campaigns
