Senior Production Editor

An Oxford-based publisher of psychometric tests is looking to appoint a Senior Production Editor. The company is Europe’s leading independent publisher of tests and assessments for the occupational, clinical and educational markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for editing, checking and managing through to final production new publishing projects and also revising existing products. They will also be preparing product specifications and overseeing schedules and budgets.

Working closely with the General Manager, Psychometrician and Test Platform Development Manager, and liaising frequently with authors and the marketing department - organisation and communication skills are key to
this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, an interest in digital publishing and, ideally, a background in psychology.
