Senior Training and Information Lead

A leading STM, Academic, and Professional Publisher is looking for a specialist to develop and deliver training programmes for the global Journals department. This role is based in Oxford.

 

Key duties:

  • Identify training needs to develop bespoke lesson plans
  • Manage and evaluate training outcomes
  • Direct the provision of service delivery training and supplementary
  • Review and revise existing programmes to ensure all training content is relevant
  • Co-ordinate the creation of reference documentation to support training courses
  • Provide project support and deliver quality training programmes

 

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience creating and delivering training programmes is essential
  • Experience in managing multiple training activities and tasks is essential
  • Knowledge of project management methodology would be desirable
  • Experience of creating Process and Procedure documentation is required
  • Advanced knowledge of with Microsoft Office and Shared Point is required
  • Experience in CIPD in training, NVQ or related business/office practice would be desirable
