Special Sales Director

With a strong and varied backlist and fantastic brand authors including Stephen King, John Grisham, Alex Ferguson, Martina Cole and Stieg Larsson, we believe there are significant opportunities to develop and grow our business within non-traditional markets. We are seeking a proactive, experienced, self- motivated and dynamic Sales Director to seek out premium promotional opportunities and build partnerships with third parties. 

 

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, and working across the market with all four of the divisions, you will be expected to achieve an ambitious budget in special sales and promotional accounts. This will involve selling both new product as well as our extensive backlist, managing, developing and adding to our existing customer base. 

 

With a proven track record in this area you will deliver high volume sales with good margin. Project managing all aspects of the deal, you will work to challenging deadlines and be highly motivated and organised with strong influencing and negotiating skills . An effective team player and an independent decision maker, you will need to quickly build effective working relationships with colleagues across the Group.
