Technical Support Specialist

Our client, a global leader in e-learning content, is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join their client services team in Milton Keynes. In this role you will support users and customers of the online learning platform. You will in contact with Higher Education students, lecturers and librarians to resolve their technical issues and enable them to use their high-quality products.

 

You will:

•             Work closely with the Senior Customer Support Specialist  to propose changes to improve user experiences

•             Provide technical advice on the entire product line

•             Provide technical post-sales support

•             Travel to the U.S for a week’s training/ induction

•             Travel to conferences and book fairs both nationally and internationally

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically-minded, analytical people-person with strong trouble-shooting skills, to work with high-quality learning resources. Experience with HTML coding is essential.
