Web Administrator

Do you have strong experience in using Content Management Systems and an expert understanding of how to write and edit confidently for the web? Our client is a highly prestigious professional membership body based in Central London, they are currently recruiting a Web Administrator to join their team, responsible for supporting the web team to create content at the highest of standards.

The Web Administrator will assist website users across the group to upload content, including news, blogs and events as well as provide 1st line technical support to stakeholders on the CMS platform as required. On a day to day basis this role will be crucial in ensuring the standards of content and presentation are met on the websites, supporting the use of the email marketing platform and supporting all aspects of online delivery and development.

We are looking for a candidate with some understanding of HTML, CSS and related web technologies, as well as some exposure to Content Management Systems. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential, alongside an ambition and willingness to learn more about web systems. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working with a range of different stakeholders. Experience of working on some online content is important, with an understanding of best practice when it comes to delivering content online. Experience of creating and editing web content for use online would be an advantage, as would any skills in Photoshop or Dreamweaver.
