Account Manager & Business Support

An online literacy resource provider based in South East London is looking for an Account Manager & Business Support to maintain subscriptions and manage renewals in the UK. This is a unique opportunity to join a small but fast-growing team.

Key duties:

• Maintain solid relationships with subscribed schools, visiting clients and conducting professional development sessions for teaching staff
• Support engagement with the product and secure resubscriptions, working closely with Marketing to increase brand awareness
• Upsell revenue setting up systems, tools and processes to manage pipeline
• Generate additional revenue through promotion and delivery of training and consultancy services
• Seek user feedback to provide input into product development and better meet customer needs
• Deliver product presentations and training

Experience / skills required:

• Previous sales experience is essential, preferably selling to schools
• Passionate about educational resources, e-learning and literacy training
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a confident telephone manner
• Ability to work independently, record call and demonstration data into CRM
• Knowledge of the UK schools system and understanding of schools day-to-day running ideally
