Account Manager (German/French Speaking)
Are you a German or French speaking Account Manager looking for some fresh challenge? We have a rare opportunity with a market leading digital media company distributing eBooks, audio books and video products to libraries and schools. This home-based opportunity will give you a freedom to make the role your own to develop and deepen relationship with the European clients.
Key duties:
- Develop new prospects and interacts with existing partners to support relationship and sales objectives
- Build strong partner relationships and deliver new accounts
- Achieve and exceed sales quotas and customer success metrics
- Negotiate agreements and provide sales projections
- Support clients/partners via emails, phones and visits
- Develop sales campaigns and incentives to meet sales goals
Experience / skills required:
- Fluent in French and German is essential
- Passionate about books, with sound knowledge of publishing, library or digital media industry
- Proven experience of outbound sales and account management
- Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Inquisitive nature and problem-solving skills to conduct and apply research for account needs
