Campaign Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Manager to join a leading independent publisher based in Oxford. You will be managing end to end marketing campaigns across their portfolio of books and online products. This is ideal for someone with solid marketing experience looking for to step up into a manager position.

Key duties:

  • Manage end to end marketing campaigns 
  • Ensure that every title publishing receives a thorough campaign
  • Manage social media
  • Coordinate mail and email shots
  • Organise/attend book launches where relevant
  • Write engaging and accurate copy which is compelling in all channels
  • Use Google Analytics to measure effectiveness of campaigns, and manage website landing pages and pay per click campaigns
  • Liaise with authors and keep them informed of marketing activity, in order to maximise their engagement and support
  • Design marketing materials including adverts/ flyers/website banners/catalogues, ensuring they are produced on time

Experience / skills required:

  • You must have prior experience of creating end to end marketing campaigns
  • Marketing experience in B2B /Academic Marketing or publishing highly desirable
  • You will have proven excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and very good people skills are essential for this role
  • You will be adaptable and have the ability to manage a varied and busy workload
  • InDesign skills would be an advantage
  • A marketing qualification is desirable
