Digital Marketing Executive

We have an exciting digital marketing opportunity to work on email marketing, social media and ecommerce for a leading trade book publisher in central London.  You will manage the email marketing for Children’s trade publishing and support the activities across their Children’s social media accounts.

Key duties:

• Manage the company Email Service Provider (ESP)
• Ensure accurate data (both quality and quantity) in the ESP
• Work closely with marketing team to achieve goals and targets
• Set up templates and create email marketing campaigns
• Respond to customer queries received via social media

Experience / skills required:

• Excellent accuracy of both insight and data accuracy
• Good communication, presentation and explanation skills
• Solid time-management, project-management and people skills
• Proven familiarity of social media/digital media platform, particularly Instagram and Instagram Stories
• A good visual eye for taking photos for marketing purposes
