Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work on prestigious adult fiction lists at a leading trade publisher in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to play a key role in the implementation of marketing promotion and strategy.
Key duties:
- Responsible for developing the marketing strategy for allocated fiction imprints
- Implement and develop innovative online and offline marketing campaigns
- Oversee and implement all marketing communications tactics to increase online usage and readership
- Provide strategic input and market research for new acquisitions
- Strengthen and promote key author brands to ensure brand values and identity are maintained
- Analyse and present data and insights to internal and external stakeholders
- Professionally represent the company at key exhibitions and events
Experience / skills required:
- Solid experience in marketing in trade book publishing, ideally working on fiction and crime
- A strong awareness of global marketing trends and techniques
- Excellent relationship building skills and a demonstrable history of professional achievements
- Proven digital marketing skills, including web analytics tools and ideally also design software
- Excellent project management and decision making skills, including budget management
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
