Seeking Editorial Talent

Shouting out nationwide for editorial talent to join Boldwood - a new independent, global, multi-format, fiction publishing house!

Celebrating its first birthday Boldwood Books is now looking to expand its team and is searching for someone with energy, entrepreneurial zeal and ambition to help build the business.

You will have proven editorial skills and be able to bring on board talented authors - both new and established - and work with them over multiple books to build their brand and readership globally across all formats; ebook, audio and print. You will have particular experience in the crime and thriller arena and be able to illustrate smart selection judgement and an ability to bring titles to market energetically and successfully.

You will feel comfortable in a commercial environment and live in the digital space - having a proven understanding and experience of social media marketing and online advertising, and relishing the use of data and trend analysis to maximise opportunities for the business.
