Bounce is the leading specialist sales agency for children’s books, representing some of the best independent Publishers.

We have a track record of strong sales not only to bookshops but also to a wide variety of non –trade customers, and of seeking out new markets for our growing list of Publishers.

We are looking for an experienced sales person with a passion for Children’s Books to continue to grow our Publisher’s sales through a wide variety of trade wholesalers, gift retailers and mail order accounts.

Responsibilities:

To be responsible for all sales of Bounce Publisher’s titles to the allocated accounts and to seek out and develop new customers in these channels.

To present new titles and backlist on a regular basis according to each customer’s buying schedule and to follow up and manage orders that result.

To develop special sales including special editions for these customers in concert with other members of the Bounce team and the relevant Publishers.

To devise and put in place promotional plans with Gardners and Bertrams across all relevant Bounce Publishers and to seek authorisation for any expense for such promotions.

To attend all relevant Publisher meetings and as necessary provide sales reports on activity with the above accounts.
