Project Coordinator

About the role:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to project manage the development of print and digital products for the international and UK exams markets. In this role you will work with Publishing, Content, Design and Permissions colleagues to set the project schedules and budgets for a range of educational products and you will have full responsibility for delivery of your part of those schedules and budgets. You will be joining an engaged, innovative and friendly team within our broader Education department.
 

About you:
You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, have proven project management competencies, experience of working in a print or digital publishing environment and of management of suppliers. The ability to multi-task on projects in and out of house is also essential. You will have outstanding attention to detail, be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience of formal project management methodologies (such as Agile and Prince 2) is preferable but not essential. Working in an XML workflow, working knowledge of e-book formats or technology, working knowledge and affinity with BSI proof correction marks, and editorial experience with a publishing company is not essential but would be advantageous.
