Sales and Marketing Executive – The Do Book Company

We’re looking for an experienced sales and marketing executive to help us extend the reach of our branded series of inspirational pocket guides. The successful applicant will join our small, friendly team based in De Beauvoir, London N1. You will be organised and driven with a creative approach to engaging audiences and finding new opportunities.

This new role will encompass the co-ordination and growth of sales globally (both direct and via our distributors and partners), engaging new and existing audiences, and ensuring all activity is in line with our brand and company values.

Key responsibilities and tasks:

∙ Monitor activity across all our sales and distribution channels and design a strategy for growth

∙ Establish regular communications with our distributors and partners (print and audio)

∙ Identify new sales opportunities

∙ Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns and monitor impact

∙ Content creation across our digital marketing channels (Medium, Mailchimp)

∙ Update and manage the Do Books website (Shopify)

Key skills, characteristics and capabilities:

∙ A natural alignment with our mission to publish books that inspire action

∙ Strong copywriting and communication skills

∙ Comfortable using social media and content creation tools

∙ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

∙ Desire to improve and challenge existing workflows to create more efficient systems

The role is full-time, however, we will strongly consider part-time applicants, including nominated days and school hours. The successful candidate will have the right to live and work in the UK. The Do Book Company is an equal opportunities employer.
