Edinburgh International Book Festival is one of the world’s largest and most dynamic celebrations of books, words and ideas.

We are looking for a senior manager with exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing the best possible experience for authors, publishers and audiences to oversee all aspects of the Book Festival’s highly successful independent booksales and retail operation. Candidates must possess strong leadership, organisation and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity for someone with significant bookselling experience to contribute to the Book Festival’s ongoing growth and success.
