We believe that a diverse workforce strengthens our creativity and delivers the best commercial performance. We are, therefore, seeking applications from high quality people, whose backgrounds, experience and identity broadens and enhances the diversity of our company.

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented (and creative) Editorial Assistant to join our Picture Book and Gift team working on a range of picture books, non-fiction titles, classics, and gift books.

The position will have responsibility for a varied range of administrative tasks, including managing the reprint process, acting as a contact for authors, illustrators and agents, liaising with production on costings and formats, reading submissions and writing engaging copy. You will be efficient, flexible and an excellent communicator, with a keen eye for detail and a creative flair. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a creative and collaborative editorial team in a varied admin support role, with the opportunity to develop key editorial skills.
