We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and creative Senior Commissioning Editor to join our Picture Book and Gift team working on a range of picture books, non-fiction titles, classics such as Tintin, and gift books. This is an opportunity to work with some of the biggest names in children’s publishing, as well as developing new talent.

We’re looking for someone efficient and creative, who knows the market. Your creative vision and strategy development will help drive the publishing programme. You’ll be responsible for acquiring new picture books and non-fiction titles, as well as managing and editing specific book projects across the lists and overseeing the editorial output of the team.

You will be familiar with editorial processes and conventions, SEO techniques, and quick to learn new IT systems and processes. Knowledge of Biblio will be an advantage. You will be comfortable using InDesign on a daily basis.

The role is based in our offices near Latimer Road/Shepherd’s Bush tube stations in West London.
