About the Job

Do you want to help Games Workshop deliver an ongoing range of Partworks publications? Do you want to recruit and lead a highly skilled, creative team who will produce world-class publications that support the hobby of collecting, building, painting and playing games with Citadel miniatures?

Are you excited about working with our internal stakeholders and external licensees to concept, plan and deliver new ranges of partwork style publications, opening up this new product stream for Games Workshop and making it a success?

As part of the Book & Box Games department you will be working seamlessly with the existing management team to ensure that all the partwork publications are aligned with Games Workshop’s Intellectual Property and the core product strategies.

You will be responsible for recruiting flexible, creative teams who can deliver world-class publications for this new market. You will ensure that the products do what they need to and are delivered to the highest possible standards, on time.

You will be the ultimate arbiter of the quality of the publications and it will be your responsibility to make sure that every element meets Games Workshop’s and its licensees’ high standards.

We know what makes this job hard is balancing the drive for ever increasing quality with the exacting demands of the production schedule.
