Our client, a highly respected and well established small independent publisher seeks a dynamic Sales Director to manage their leading trade key accounts reporting to the MD and joining the senior management team.

In our view this is a super role in a non-corporate environment where the new hire will have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of decision making and running the business. Primarily you will lead the management of the trade Key Accounts and third-party agencies.

You must be willing to be hands-on and have at least 5 Plus good years of sector relevant sales experience in trade key account management ideally selling children's books to high street accounts.

This opportunity would suit either an ambitious sales manager or an established key account director looking for their next career move in sales management within a less corporate environment.
