The ELT Division is a global leader in the provision of multimedia English language teaching and learning materials. Operating in over 100 countries, it reaches millions of teachers and students each year to support the development of English language proficiency. 
 

The Operations Department provides a complete purchasing and operations service, progressing the delivery of all print and digital products required by the ELT division. 
 

About the role: 
The Delivery Project Manager is responsible for the project management and workflow associated with delivering a range of print and digital titles for the ELT Division.
 

Responsibilities include

• Budgeting, scheduling and project managing a range of print and digital titles
• Managing the delivery process and monitoring performance of suppliers
• Estimating and negotiating costs from various suppliers
• Accurate recording of information on production systems, and communication with cross-functional teams
• Define product acceptance criteria, and ensure delivered products are fit for purpose

We are recruiting two roles of the same job title. One on a Permanent, full time basis and one on a 9 month Fixed Term Contract.

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experienced Project Manager, working at a senior level, with a strong understanding of print and digital production
• Be experienced in project managing and prioritising a wide variety of tasks at various stages of the creative process
• Be able to manage changing priorities and essential delivery dates
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail at all times
• Be highly organized with the ability to manage a demanding workload
• Have strong IT skills and with an aptitude for picking up new systems quickly
